Angelica Pichardo, Immigration Attorney

Founding Attorney

My path to immigration defense began at Florida State University, working with immigrant families through a legal services project for farmworkers. That experience, hearing the stories of people who risked everything for a different future, defined the course of my career.

Today my practice centers on deportation defense, with selected humanitarian relief and other immigration cases. I represent clients in Tampa Bay and nationwide, before the Immigration Courts and USCIS.

Before opening my own firm, I worked at two firms: the first across a mix of removal defense, humanitarian relief, and family-based cases; the second exclusively on removal defense and ICE detention cases. I built my own practice around court work because it requires the attention and time that broader practices can't always offer.

Among the communities I represent are LGBT+ individuals, survivors of domestic violence, and crime victims.

My clients know what to expect from me: clarity about their options, honesty about the odds, and consistent attention to their case.
