Angelica Pichardo, Immigration Attorney

Founding Attorney

Angelica Pichardo

I am an immigration attorney and dedicate my practice exclusively to representing individuals in immigration proceedings before the Immigration Courts and USCIS, with a particular focus on defending those facing deportation.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Political Science and my Juris Doctor from Florida State University. During law school, I worked with immigrant farmworkers through a legal services project. That experience shaped my professional commitment to serving vulnerable communities and advocating directly for their rights.

My practice focuses primarily on removal defense, including asylum, cancellation of removal, bond hearings, and other forms of relief before the court. I also represent families in humanitarian matters and family-based immigration processes.

I have a special interest in representing survivors of domestic violence, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals facing political persecution. My commitment is to provide strategic, honest, and personalized representation so that every client feels informed, supported, and prepared at every stage of their case.
