Angelica Pichardo, Immigration Attorney

Founding Attorney

I'm an immigration attorney dedicated exclusively to representing individuals facing deportation before the immigration courts and USCIS.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Florida State University, where I first worked with immigrant farmworkers through a legal services project. That experience sparked my commitment to defending vulnerable communities.

Before opening my firm, I honed my practice at two firms—first developing skills across humanitarian relief, family-based cases, and removal defense, then focusing exclusively on removal defense, representing individuals in immigration courts nationwide, including those detained by ICE.

I believe in honesty and clarity above all. Every client deserves to understand their options, know what to expect, and feel confident they're making informed decisions about their future.
